You Break Through

I’m a new patient at Huntersville Modern Dentistry, and I’ve been really impressed with the experience so far. I recently had scaling and root planing done, and the level of care and attention was excellent from start to finish. Ashley (office manager) deserves a special shoutout. She was warm and welcoming the moment I walked through the door, and that immediately made me feel comfortable. The entire staff has been professional, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with. Dr. Carsyn Barnes took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Nothing felt rushed, and I never felt like I was being pushed into treatment or services I didn’t need. One thing I really appreciate is that they understand dental care can be expensive. They work with you on payment options and make the conversation about taking care of your teeth and your smile, not just what something costs. I never got the feeling they were trying to gouge my wallet. It felt like the priority was figuring out what I needed and then helping make it manageable. That combination of professionalism, honesty, and genuine patient care is hard to find. I’m very glad I found Huntersville Modern Dentistry, and based on my experience so far, I’ll be bringing my whole family here.

Had the pleasure of being a new patient today and the experience was nothing less than excellent. Everyone that I came in contact with was incredible and super friendly. Everything was explained in great detail and they took their time if you had any questions. I left with my teeth feeling "show room new". I can't recommend them enough!! Excellent vibe for sure from start to finish.

The entire team here is fantastic! Ashley was so friendly and welcoming, and Kristen was wonderful and gentle while taking my X-rays. Dr. Barnes is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. A special shout-out to Karina and Sophia as well—they really round out an all-around great experience. Highly recommend!
